I can’t get my phone to scan tags, it says NFC disabled?

You may need to switch on NFC capabilities:

From your home screen, tap ‘’.

Tap on ‘Settings’, and then ‘More’

Tap the ‘NFC’ slider to switch it on. Let us know if your phone still isn't scanning tags and we'll be happy to support!
