It is important to update field details in order to make full use of the reporting features - the Earthworm Index will show you an average earthworm count by land use, so make sure this is set for all your fields. You can update field details on both your computer and your phone - instructions for each are below.

ON YOUR COMPUTER

Step 1: Login to your online account at https://sm.vidacycle.com/

Step 2: Go to fields in the left hand menu

Step 3: Scroll to the field you want to update and click Edit on the right hand side

Step 3: Now you should be on the edit screen of the field you have selected - here you can rename the field, choose a land use from the drop down menu, choose a management approach from the drop down menu, add the size and the year of establishment. ON YOUR PHONE

Step 1: Log into the Soilmentor app on your smartphone

Step 2: Select 'Fields & Biodiversity'

Step 3: Select the field you would like to update

Step 4: Go to the 'Details' tab and select land use / management / size / year of establishment to update - make sure you tap save when you have updated the detail.
