Go to the web app, and click ‘Blocks’ (or whatever grouping you have for your farm) in the navigation bar on the left.

You will now see a list of all blocks / groups you’ve added. 

You can change the information here by clicking ‘Edit’ to the right of the field you’d like to edit.
