In the web app, go to ‘Activities’ in the left hand side menu bar.

Click ‘Advanced Filter’ (small text below the Activities heading) to filter out any data you want, or leave blank if you want to capture all the data.

Scroll right to the bottom of the page and click the 'Download' button.

You should then see a spreadsheet with all of your activities downloaded (you can then print this list if you’d like to).
