You can upload a photo that exists on your computer through the web app.

Go to the ‘Activities’ tab on the left hand side menu

Click on the field that you want to add the photo to 

Click on ‘Edit Photos’ You should then have an option to add a photo - just choose the file you want to add from your computer!
