Soilmentor: Help! I can't see any data on my online account (web app)
Have you tried syncing the data on your phone? It could be that you have not synced since you last collected information with your Soilmentor phone app.
Got to the Soilmentor app, on the homescreen select 'Admin' and then 'Sync'. You will then get a progress bar showing you how it is getting on with syncing activities and photos. When it is complete, login to your online account at sm.vidacycle.com
and you should see the data there. If you are already logged in, make sure you refresh the page to see the data.
